Legal Aid Society Announces Co-Chairs of the 2023 Justice For All Campaign

Carole D. Christian (Wyatt Tarrant and Combs) and Bryan W. Hudson (Atria Senior Living) have been named Co-Chairs of Legal Aid Society’s annual Justice for All Campaign. Carole and Bryan will lead our campaign committee as we raise critical unrestricted resources to advance our mission of “pursuing justice for people in poverty.”

The goal of the 2023 Justice for All Campaign is $560,000. All funds raised will support civil legal advocacy in Legal AId’s fifteen-county service area. With many of Legal Aid’s resources tied to grants and government restrictions, the Justice for All Campaign provides the flexibility to meet changing community needs and rising crises.

Carole and Bryan step into the roles previously filled by Marjorie Farris (Stites & Harbison) and Kate McKune (Park Community Credit Union). Together with the entire Justice for All Campaign committee, Marjorie and Kate raised a record $600,000 in 2022 to support our work and expansion into regional offices in Shelby County and West Louisville.

Wyatt Tarrant & Combs

“I am passionate about Legal Aid because I believe that lawyers enjoy great privileges, including education and the know-how to solve problems for ourselves and others, and that we owe a duty to use our skills for people who have not had such good fortune.  And it is incredibly satisfying to provide hope to people who would otherwise feel hopeless.”

  • Carole Christian, Partner-in-Charge of Wyatt’s Louisville office, is Co-Chair of the Firm’s Health Care Service Team and also serves on the Firm’s Executive Committee. She concentrates her practice in the areas of health care and related litigation.
